- Only safe on a cone - only one per cone!

- tagged - istant switch

- players not "it" can take penny from tagger - tagger must do 3 push-ups before trying to tag someone.

10x10/ 5x5 squares:

- pass and then move to another square - 2 players cannot occupy the same. 1 player per small area at all times

- turnover out-of-bounds - become defender

- if defender wins it, they try to dribble out of grid - counter-press!!!

- play 1 minute - whomever is defending at time owes something

* Rhythm of play!!!! balance in attack - receiving lines

- players are not restricted to spaces, but reference is there and should be utilized.

6v6: Field: 55x33 Four 2 minute games with 2 mins rest between games

**Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.

- Attack in a 2-1-2

- Defend in a 2-2-1

- Emphasize establishing receiving lines and dominating with/with out the ball!

NOTE: Inactive players should be doing fitness specific to game demands on the side. Make sure to switch players in and out between each game and not during.

*** Make sure to lead team through a proper cool down to end training.
