Data provided shows we have to many early crosses to deal with.

Session starts with 2 gk , 2 attackers v 1 defender, and progresses with more players introduced, building to a full game, with restrictions, that youcan only score from a cross.

This would be done on 3/4 pitch.

GK starts by passing the ball to the outfield player who plays to a palyer who moves down the wing.

The winger moves down the designated area, they then do a pass,

pass is received by the striker, who pulls the defender out, striker then returns the pass to the crossing area. (winger continued down the line)The gk (far end from start of movement)has to talk to the defender throughout, and look at their own positioning, is the cross in swinger, outswinger, short, long, movement of feet.

The attacker moves into the box, the GK makes a decision as to how to deal with the cross, do they come or are the defenders in a better position, once the ball is dealt with, either cross cut out, goal, or the ball goes out of play, we repeat the movement on the other side.

This allows both GK to be worked.

progress this situation with an extra striker around the box, this means we have a 2v1 in the box, the gk will decided on who has what defensive job. One strkier can sit and one move to create space.

Shaded area shows the decision making area. Continue to add players in and around the box, more passes, THE CROSS MUST BE DELIVERED TO ATTEMPT AT GOAL.

LOOK AT TIMES WHEN TO INTRODUCE THE PLAYERS, 8 MINUTES, WITH SHORT REST, FINISH WITH 9 V 9 ON THE PITCH
