PSAM (20 mins)

PSAM : Discovery 6 minute blocks rotate based on numbers and teams. 3 teams even numbers

1. Discovery conditions are as follows, when a team plays the end line bounce player they are to play to the flank player for a first time service.

2. If the team is able to play through the red gate to the end line player they may pick it up and provide a service to an attacking players head from their hands points.

Scoring criteria.

2 points for a header.

1 point any other finish

Bonus point awarded if the player that initiates the sequence finishes the sequence.

PEM (20 mins)

PEM 5 minute block each pattern. 3 patterns, 2 synthetic and 1 organic.

Visual cues for anticipation of service head up, body lanquage, and audio cues

Pattern 1 is simple combination play at each level. The idea is to have the players start to read all available cues in hopes they can best anticipate the service.

Pattern 2 is how to adjust runs and based on the service not coming and how to then readjust and read the next visual marker that is indicated by the player on the ball.
