four poles set in diamond shape with cone 10 yrds away players to do different types of movements going to there right to join nxt cue .change direction after circle of movements has finished repeat in new direction

Organisation:cones set out as above 10 yrds apart.player 1 will look to pass to player 2.player 2 needs too check before he recieves the ball on recieving the ball on the half turn player2 passes too player3 who does a 1-2 before running the ball back to the start work both sides ie 2plays to 4

Organisation:same set up as before but now when 2 recieives the ball on the half turn he plays to 3 who squares the ball too 4 .4 then plays a one -two with player 2.Again work both sides player 2 alternates which side he plays first pass too

Session Objective:Switching play
Organisation:40x40 split into two 20x20 four goals set up as above with a goal keeper in each goal and a 3v3 in each area.Play begins from the goal keeper who looks to play out players look to score inn either goal but players must remain in there own half .Progression limit touches players can swap sides but 3v3 must remain in each half

Organisation:30x30 area each player to have a ball.Players begin just slowly dribbling ball around area then get them doing various skills ie toe taps,roll and tap inside outside encourage players to use both feet.Half way through get players to do keep-ups again encourage te use of both feet.Now get players again to start dribbling with ball tis time at a faster pace and give them various turns to do
