Set up -

50 x 40yards + 5yard end zone at either end.

2 servers in each end zone.

6 Reds in a diamond formations.

7 Blues with back 4, midfield 2 and 1 forward.

Rules

To score, teams must recieve pass from one server and look to passforward into other server.

Free play in the middle.

Players to start with must stay in there zone. The only player that has free role is the attacking midfielder for reds.

Defending

Once server passes ball in to blues, looking for reds to be patient, shuffle as a unit on side passes and try to stop forward passes. The trigger to press is on any backward pass, the team press as a unit to win back.

The other time to press is when the reds give away possession, they work hard for 6 seconds to win back. Then sit back and be patient again

Progression

One player can move into next zone once passed in to create overload.

Also players in possession can rotate from zone to zone but only if the other player vacates the space.
