Screen 1 (20 mins)

Set up the 4 above grids 15 x 15 metres or 20 x 20 metres depending on preference

3/4 players in the start corners labelled 1 and 2.

Player dribbles ball along grey lines (so two will be working at once on opposite sides of grid)

The make a pass along the dotted black line. (left footed on grids A and B, right footed on grids C and D)

Ensure pass is made on outside of poles/

Players then spin and perform the exercise on their grid and a small sprint to return to where they started.

The exercises are as follows:

Grid A: Two footed ladder run

Grid B: Fast feet over hurdles - forward facing

Grid C: Pole slalom

Grid D: Cone Zig Zag

4 minutes per station with 1 minute rest/change time between each

Just to recap: each grid has two working sides and two passing sides.
