In this blocked practice players will be bibbed and assigned to a set of cones.

3 Players per set of cones.

A player is going to run into the middle shout for what touch they want e.g. Thigh, then pass the ball back to the feeder and go behind the other player.

Small sided game (15 mins)

In this small sided game players will be in a match situation but to be able to score a goal at least 1 successful touch through a gate (layed out with the flat disks) must be made.

If no successful touches are being made then more gates will be layed.
