Rondos (x4) (15 mins)

Warm Up – 15-20mins:

- Players seperated into teams of 6.

- 5 attackers & 1 defender..

Key Points:

- Use both feet.

- Keep your head up.

- High Tempo..

Progressions:

- Introduce another defender to make it 4v2.

3v2 Transition into 4v3 (20 mins)

Drill 1

2 teams, Attackers (Red) & Defenders (Blue).

Ball starts with top GK and is fed into the nearest red closest to the goal.

That red attacks the opposite goal with the support of two reds from out wide against the two players defending the other goal.

Creating a 3v2.

Once the attack is over the drill is restarted with the opposite GK.

- Dribbling into the space infront.

- Passing Options.

- Speed of play.

- Shooting.

- Second chances.

- Quick passing.

Progressions:

- An attacker is added to centre of the drill and defender added to create a 4v3.

Conditioned Game (15 mins)

Conditioned Game:

- Certain amount of passes must be made before you can score.

- Depending on numbers, players on outside used as bounce passes/overload.

Key Points:

- High Tempo/Intensity.

- Knowing when & where to attack.

- Communication.

Progressions:

- Players on the outside can come onto the pitch when they receive the ball to provide an overload.
