-After a few minutes, switch posts to dribble and shoot from the other angle. (3 minutes)

-Finally, have them go back to the original post and shoot from the defensive half (3 minutes)

1 v 1 Bonanzas (20 mins)

-Same as the first drill, except now the other team sends a player to defend.

-When white takes the shot, regardless of the outcome, a new blue player sprints onto the field immediately with a new ball and attacks the other goal. The player who just shot must now defend.

-If white wins the ball back, they may go to goal and shoot again.

-Whichever half the ball goes out of bounds on will send a new player on if the ball is not shot. (i.e. if the ball rolls out of bounds on the white team's defensive half, the white team will send on a new player immediately and blue must defend)

-First team to 10 wins. Encourage teams to not wait for the defenders to get in position, but to take advantage of their disorganization.

-Neutral team may only play two touch and must shoot with their first touch.
