Screen 1 (20 mins)

start with a 15minute warm up including stretch. Players should be prepared for a high intersity warm up.

High intersity warm up ,sprint into the cones , get low and side step and at every cone mimick the action asif your blocking the ball at the end of the grid sprint to the cones at the other end.Do this same drill backwards with a quick sharp turn and sprint at the end.

Screen 2 (20 mins)

High intense passing drill to get the players alert and sharp and into the right frame of mind for the game. the player in the middle stops the ball for the player that he recieved the ball from , who then passes it to the next player in the opposite line. The middle man then turns and recieves it from the player to his left and bounces the ball back and follows the players pass

shape work. Wingers and Forebacks all move up , wingers into the final third and foreback just into the opposition half. centrebacks press up and midfields move forward.

The Winger makes the run forward and the oppposite winger should follow him making the Forebacks free men and available options to play the ball to.

This will then lead into quick build of shape and progression work of what we do after this happens.
