Stage 2 (20 mins)

Four Goal Game (20 min)

7 v 7 + 1 (3-3 v 2-1-2-1) 35 x 35 field, goals in the corners to promote wide play. 1 point per typical goal, 2 points for goals scored within 5 seconds of obtaining possession, 3 points for goals crated from switching play. Create an environment for players to problemsolve. Losing squad gets extra fitness.

Coaching Points: Play with head on a constant swivel, open up & offer angles of support in attack, see decisions early/anticipate. Defense: Get compact, pressure/cover to make play predictable, organize through communication

Coaching Points: Enveyone Defends/Everyone Attacks, Focus on tucking in/opening up in transition, Read the pressure on the ball: Hold the line if pressure, drop the line if no pressure on the ball
