Small sided activity (15min)
10 x 10 grids. Groups of 3
player must pass the ball to a teammate and move into an empty side. Work for 1min, switch
Progression- add a defender in the middle. Work for 1min and stretch

Expanded Small-Sided (20min)
6 v 6 wih targets. Purpose is to teach players to provide Width and lenght, also to teach them awareness of switching the point of attack.
Once the players find teammate on the corner grids player that passes the ball must switch with target players
Cp's- Proper execution of technique, intensity, communicate, scope area around you, think 3 steps ahead.

Final Activity (35min)
Teams of 3- Teams must connect 3,5 or 7 passes depending on age/skill level
Full numbers scrimmage- restricted-unrestricted
