Option 1

Option 1

Player 1 takes a touch to start the practice. Player 2 offers short while player 3 offers long.

The ball moves from 1 to 3 who sets 2 who switches out to 4. Player 4 passes the ball up the line to 5 for the practice to be mirrored on the opposite side

Rotation

1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5. Each player moves on 1 place each time

2 balls working at all times

Variation

Before the first pass is played, player 2 offers short then rotates out allowing player 3 to drop in and start the practice. This is a good way to encourage a more dynamic approach to keeping the ball.
