Coach feeds the ball into the game via a kick for the defenders to gain possesion as quickly as possible. Coach decides where (which player) and how to put the ball in (either in the air or on the ground).

Defenders must control the ball and aim to attack quickly to score in either net.

Attackers gain possesion of the ball as quickly as possible, trying to score in the main net.
