Overlap (15 mins)

*Overlap technique

*change of speed

*Always keep your eye/shoulder open to the ball

-You can also use 5 per group: extra starts on C then moves to A. Completes overlap then moves to B. Performs hold and pass then moves to C. Then moves to OPPOSITE A. Repeat.

-Change dir. after 2 minutes.

*Movement off the ball

Wall Pass (15 mins)

-Wall pass to get in

-Maintain possession until you can play an open player

-get separation from D and combine with A player

-D defends A

-If D wins ball, play ball to outside player WITHOUT a ball => offensive player does 4 split jumps and continues.

-1 minute and switch defenders

*Wall pass technique

*Change of speed for combo and separation

*Use visual and verbal cues

*Movement off the ball

*B seal off area for the run and pass

One team attacks A goals and the other team B goals

Team must combine to get outside the box and into the scoring area

Limit touches in scoring areas to promote attack speed in soft areas

Restarts from GKs

Neutrals should be CMs and are only players that can score from distance (inside the area)

*Look for combos in all areas

*Look to attack scoring areas
