Fast paced 1v1 into 2v1, into 3v2

Blue attacks yellow at speed, once the play is done a yellow player jumps in at fast pace to force blue to transition into defending, once play is done 2 blue players jump in to force yellow to retreat and recover

Cp's- play at speed, focus mentally to make transition smooth, figure out how high/low to defend, communicate, get compact when recovering, display pressure, cover balance
