Within each half of the zone there needs to be two defenders.

The defenders will pass the ball betwen themselves to disrupt the attackers

Attackers have one ball each and aim to score at the far end.

Once they have attacked down one side they get their ball and attack down the other.

KEY POINTS:

Get past the defenders and finish on the goal

Use different ways to beat a defender - speed, direction, skills.

'Defenders' must pass the ball accuratly and with good weight.

Challenge players by asking defenders to dribble towards defenders then change direction and speed into space.
