3v2 to 2v1 (15 mins)

How to Play

The Reds start with a ball and attack 3 v 2. If the attack ends with a shot, the 2 Blues are fed a ball by the coach and attack 2 v 1 against the shooter. If the Blues win the ball before the shot they attack 2 v 3.

Once both teams have had an attack the game restarts with the Blues having the numbers up advantage.

Captain's Choice (15 mins)

Teams nominate a "captain" & use a different keeper each time, unless keepers are available.

Captain of each team calls a number - that number of players then play, from a ball played in by the coach, to a natural finish (goal or ball out of play).
