Set up - 20m x 20m practice area. Two teams of 4 v 4 Inside and 1 target outside. Can play 0,1 or 2 targets depending on personnel.
Rules- 3 touch. Outside players may only pass to Inside players.
Game - The Inside players must keep the ball from opposition and complete 5 Inside passes with their team without other team touching the ball to score. Passes to and from a Target player do not count.
Progressions - increase passes per point, reduce size of area, Target/s can enter area as Floaters serving whoever is in possession.
