Start with 1v1 defending review and games. Dribble across the line for a point.
4 players 1 ball, cones 7 yards apart - when your opponent has the ball, you pressure, when your teammate's opponent has the ball, run 3 steps back. Work on immediate pressure/cover. Stress no diving in. Passers only want to pass back and forth. Pass, do 5 toe-taps/foundations or do a move, then pass back. repeat. Switch defenders 2-3 times. 10 minutes total.
