Warm-Up: Center Press Game (20 mins)

21x20 (zones = 7x20)

- All restarts with server

- blue works to split or beat red to find green (ball must be played on the ground).

- red can't enter blue's area during this time-frame

- when blue is successful in finding green, both red and green's area's become the same creating a 4v4 possession game that ends with the ball going out of bounds or red winning the ball and finding blue.

- if reds find blue, greens are now in the middle zone.

- Play 2 mins - team defending at time owe's something (i.e. push-ups, etc.)

*** Mix in extensive dynamic movements between games.

- Attacking back 4 works to keep the ball around the middle zone looking to find the goal (on the ground) or their midfielder to do the same.

- One member of the back 4 may overload the middle zone

- Defending team looks to win the ball and find the server

- Play for 2 mins (losers owe something - knee's to chest, etc)

**Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.
