Organization:
Set up 2-3 Stations depending on the number of players you have. One station must be for ball control, one player with a ball, inside a 5x5 yrd area. At least one station should be for SAQ with a ball.
Activity:
On the Coaches Whistle the players workng on ball control,, execute a designated move. The players working SAQ with a ball start their next rotation. After 2-3 mins rotate players between ball control and SAQ with a ball.
Progression 1:
Bring all players into Ball Control Area, 2 players with a ball each per square. On the coaches whistle have the players execute a designated move facing each other in the tight space.
Progression 2:
Have 2 players and one ball inside the 5x5 yard area. After 30secs whoever has the ball gets a point.

2. Change Direction, Change Speed when executing a move

Organization:
By removing the center cone of each four 5x5 squares create a number of 10x10 squares and place 2 players with ball in the middle. place a target player at Opposite sides of the square.
Activity:
Play 1v1 inside a 10x10 area. The player on the ball must pass the ball from one target to the other target to get a point. The player without to ball must win the ball back to do the same thing. Play for 60 secs and rotate players outside inside and inside outside. Count points after every 1 rotation and encourage competition.
Progression 1:
Play 2v2 in middle to Targets
Coaching Points:
In Possession...
1. Incoporate all previously mentioned coaching points
2. Teach player how to check to, Post up, open up side ways or run in behind to receive the ball
3. Teach the importance of a quality first touch
4. Teach which foot and which part of the foot to receive with (both feet)
5. Teach where to take the first touch - penetrate, protect or possess
6. Teach movement/positioing off the pass
7. Teach body shape to receive, look before you receive when open and which foot to receive
8. Teach Safe side & dangerous side passes
9. Teach when to play 1 touch, 2 touch & when to keep the ball.
Out of possession..
1. Incorporate all previously mentioed coaching points
2. Teach positioning - Defend goalside inside, always be able to see the player and ball
3. Teach player to travel as the ball travels to apply pressure - Anticipation
4. Teach unbalancing the defender
5. Teach winning the ball with the whole body and poking to disrupt
Transition...
1. How quickly can a player win the ball back upon loosing the ball
2. How quickly can a player break pressure upon winning the ball back

Organization:
Play 3v3 to goal, use goalkeeprs if you have them, small goals if you do not. Keep the space small enough to force the players to play in tight space. Allow the enviroment to demand from the players. 20x30 yards max?
Activity:
Play for 3 mins with a 1 minute rest period. This will encourage quickness & quality during play time. The defenders must be working hard to put the attackers under pressure and win the ball back. Short games with a quick rest helps ensure this.
Variations:
Inform players they can only pass the ball if it will be a combination to get the ball right back.
Coaching Points:
In Possession...
1. Incorporate all previously mentioed coaching points
2. Encourage/Allow players to use skill to get out of tight spaces
3. Teach a. play forward b. play sideways c. play back
4. Teach positioning & movement to support the player on the ball
5. Teach 1v0 = Shoot, 1v1 = Dribble or create space to pass, 2v1 = Pass or Dribble

Organization:
Play a small sided game 4v4, 5v5, 6v6. Always try to organize team shape with more forwards than defenders. This will encourage high pressure from forwards and force defenders to ultimately be comfortable on the ball.

Activity:
Create two color teams. Have players pair up, one red and one white. One player with a ball, one player without a ball. The player with the ball chases the player without the ball and tries to tag them. Rotate every 30 secs.
Progression 1:
Have the same two players now compete against each other 1v1. Whoever has the ball after 30 secs wins a point. Repeat 3 or 5 times to ensure a winner.
Progression 2:
Now have the two teams, Red & White, compete against each other. Use half as many balls as there are players and use an odd number of balls. Red vs. White and the team with the most balls after 30 secs is the winner. Repeat 3 or 5 times to ensure a winner.
Coaching Points:
In Possession...
1. Encourage tight ball control with both feet, head up
2. Teach player to protect the ball and turn away from pressure
3. Teach player how to use their body & skill to protect the ball
4. Teach player how to use passing to protect the ball
