General Movements - Follow the leader

Organisation:

Players are in placed in pairs with 25m x 25m grid

Procedure:

1st player becomes the leader and the 2nd 2ndplayer becomes the follower. Encourage the players to use different movements sych as walking, running, jumping, running backwards and also sideways. After 30 seconds player switch.

Each player has a ball

Soccer Coordination -Passing and Receiving

Organization:

Players are placed into 2's inside a 25mx 25m grid.

Procedure:

Players pass andmove inside the grid. Focus should be on how the players pass and receive the ball.

Progression:

To make it fun/cometeive for the players add gates into the grid and on the command of "Go" players look to pass the ball thrrough the gates. Each gate = 1 point, after 60 seconds the pair with the most points wins the competition. Repeat the game several times.

Agility, nbalance, coordination

Change of speed
