Stop with knee then move ball away with the same foot.

6v5 + 2 Neutrals

Start with no one allowed to leave their zone. Neutrals can move freely.

Progressioni- midfielder can enter attacker zone if attacker has move into box zone. Similarly, Midfielder can only enter defender zone if defender has moved to box zone.

Encourage passing, keep it simple, ideally the way the player faces. OK to turn if space available.

Attack is trying to score. Defenders get point if they play 5 passes or score in small goals.
