Striking/finishing 1 (20 mins)

Players at top of area receive and then strike on goal with 2nd touch. Each activity can/should be done for 10 mins with each foot (change side of delivery). Keep score and compete.

- look for proper striking technique ( eyes down on ball, toe down, locked ankle, contact point on ball, follow through)

- first touch can't come across mannequins as those would be recovering defenders. Must create angle/space to get a shot away (1st touch away from pressure)
