Start: Pass and Follow (Sprint)

Progression: One-Two at Middle Cone

.

Key Points - Start:

-Body Position - Side-On - Can see where the Pass is Coming from - can see where the Pass is Going to

-Receive the Ball on the Back Foot - Let the Ball come Across Your Body onto the Inside of your Furthest Foot

-Head Up to see Direction of Next Pass

-Sidefoot Passes - Firm and Accurate

Ball Stays Outside the Cones/Defender

Key Points - Progression:

-Sprint After your Pass to the Middle Cone - Short One-Two not a Long one

-Cushioned Touch to Set the Ball back - Relax your Foot on Impact

-Correct Weight of Pass around the cone into the Players Path

Start:

-To Score a Goal, Teams have to Pass the Ball from one End Player to the Other.

-End Players Cannot Pass Straight To Each Other

Progressions:

-Make Three/Two Touch Maximum

-Add Goal at One End - Taylor in Goal - Common Player at Other End - Possibility

Key Points:

-Side Foot Passes - Firm and Accurate

-Body Position - Side-On - Can See Both End Players

-Receive on Inside of Back Foot - Ball Comes Across Your Body - Play Forward

-Make Pitch Big When in Possession - Try two Players in each half - One Player Goes Long - Move AWAY from the Ball not all towards it

When Goal Added - When a Team Wins the Ball, They Must Pass to End Player First, Get it Back and then they Can Shoot
