Offense vs Defense
If you have 18 players great, if not then take out CM's until you do.
Working on shape out of the back. When the defense (blue) passes the ball in the nets made of cones up the sideline, they score 1 point.
When the offense (black) shoot on net they get 1 point, a goal is worth 5.
First team to 11 wins.
Lots of talk about possession for the defense and using the extra 2 players they have (emphasize that the keeper is the 2nd player they have extra, we want to use his feet to keep possession)
Lots of talk with the offense to speed up the play in the offensive third as they are short a player. Attack 1 vs 1 when close to net to shoot, find combination plays etc.

Power and Finesse
Divide the team into 2. Coach passes the balls to the players. First shot is taken from outside the 18 (power with laces) then the shooter moves forward and takes a shot from about the penalty spot (finess, placement into a corner). The shooter scores no goals and is eliminated. The shooter scores 1 of 2 then they stay in the game and go behind the line with his teammates. If the shooter scores both then they can either save a fellow teammate who is eliminated already or challenge the other team to score both. If a challeneg is the choice and the opponent does not score both shots, they are eliminated. First team to lose all of their players loses.

Finally add the Center Forward to the mix.
First look for people is the Center Forward without forcing it to him. His job is to be deep and ball side. Play with back to net and lay off to wingers and CM's and if possible, receive on the half turn and send the winger through. If possible, look to roll the Centerbacks and attack.
CF must be able to shield the ball and hold up the play in order to be an effective target.
Be sure to not work side to side to get on the ball but instead, when the ball is not sent your way, check deep to attract the defenders or lose them in order to work into the next gap. Super important to find the way into the gaps in order to get onto the ball.
