Monday Gym Session (20 mins)

Instructions: (29 Cones)

Line 1: In and out using Right foot only.

Line 2: In and out using Left foot only.

Line 3: 360 using the inside of the foot only (Strong foot)

Line 4: In and out using both feet

Line 5: 360 using the outside of the foot only (Strong foot)

After completeing the 5th line, dribble back to the start.

Focus Points

-Low Centre of gravity in a crouched position.

-Eyes focused on the ball

-Heads up when possible to assess the field and opitions

-Soft touches, (Messi touch) generally with the outside of the foot.

-Arms out for balance.

-Maintain the ball close if dribbling, or larger push away touches if running with the ball
