Organization:
-30x30yd grid
Instructions:
-4v4 in the middle with 4 players on the outside (1 on each side)
-Team with the ball can use the outside players to maintain possession
-Outside players have 2 touch max and 5 seconds to play the ball back in
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to find teammates
2. Move the ball quickly, 2-3 touch max
3. Play simple pass to sraw in defense, then look for new space
4. Combination play to move the ball
5. Movement and support off the ball
Progressions:
-Players on outside must rotate after being played the ball
-Limit everyone to 2 touches

Instructions:
-Restriction: Must connect 5 passes before going to goal
