Description

Pre season - Overall work

- The second overall session with the focus on attacking & defending combinations in overloads. Its the basics of it and players should look to get as many touches on the ball as possible. Intensity will be very high through short bursts of pace and football, similar to the physical & technical sessions but players will be challenged more on the quality of passing & tempo and also game sharpness such as reactions and transitions.

- Players should be at a good physical level where they can now look to fine tune the passing & sharpness elements of football
