Organization:
-8 cones spaced about 1yd apart, 9th cone about 6yds away from the line. (can use a ladder or huddles instead of cones).
-Multiple lines so movements are quick, not waiting in line very long.
Instructions:
-Each movement is performed twice.
-Coach calls out movement and demostrates for players.
-Each player performs movement through the cones then jsprints to last cone and jogs back to the end of the line.
Examle: (2 feet in, side shuffle, ichy shuffle, sloam, etc..)
I like to split mine between running movements and hopping movements.
Coaching Points:
1. Knees bent, arms at 90 degrees (not in pockets).
2. Arm movement.
3. Quick feet.
4. Accelerate to the last cone.
Progressions:
-Hurdles so players have to explode and get knees up.
-Move lines closer to incorporate contact, such has shoulder bump or high five before movement.

-3v2, more movement off the ball from players.
