Warm up (25mins) (25 mins)

1a. Volleys, inside right & left foot, laces right & left foot, thigh right & left, chest,and headers. Do single part of the body. Once perfromed all types of volleys continue with combnation of vollys. a) thigh, inside of foot, b) chest, thigh, laces, c) header, thigh, inside foot.

1b. Stretch

CP: Players must start to warm up body get their touches, start to get mind set to compete. Players are checkng in and out. Movement without the ball.

2. Three grids of 15x15 1v1+4. PLayers inside work for a ratio of 1 min and 30 sec transitioning from defense to attack and attack to defense. Outisde players are bumpers. All players only have 3 touches.

CP: Inside player must react instally to transition to defense or offense when ball is won or lost. Passes to should at pace, Before receving the ball Players must know where they are going, take touch in the direction player wants and needs to go. Outisde players must move without the ball by shifting side to side with the ball.

Small Side Activity (15 mins) (15 mins)

1. Grid Size 25x30. Orange team hold possesion for as long as the can. Connect 5 passes equals one point. Blue team must win ball to transition with white team. Blue team wins the ball looks to play out to white team becaming the new attacking team, orange transitions to the defendin team, blue team becomes bumpers/supportng players.

Restrictions: 3 touches per player

CP: Defense needs to pressure ball as a team, win the ball and look to play to open supportin player. Players on all teams must be vocal. Passes shouldbe with pace and ball in the air should be brought down.

Grid Size 20x20

1. 1v1 Orange plays ball across to white players have 20 seconds to socre. Once 20 seconds are over orange players dibble in with a ball to make it a 2v1(2 orange players and 1 white player).

2. Now start with a 2v1 and transition to a 2v3 ( same rules as the previous one)

CP: Attackers are looking to socre right away. Defense needs to win game to transition to an attacker player. Pace should be a game speed. Passes with pace, players must be vocal. Mentally players should be thinking of given goals, over laps, movement without the ball to open space.

2. 25 crunches 10 push ups, 3 sets

3. Runnning up the hils, 3 sets

4. Happy Start with headering the ball, 3 sets

1. A passes ball to B, B turns and shots. Follow you pass for rotation. C passes to D, D passes ball back to C and C takes shot. Same roatation.

CP: Variations on shots, inside the foot and laces. looking for pace on shot and landing on kicking foot. Passes should be game pace.
