Session Organisation
Full size play area with 6 individual 100yd fitness stations has shown on plan above and a central exercise & ball skill Station. Balls; Cones; Poles; Maniquiens;Ladders;Hurdles and Goals.
Detail
Players are divided in groups of 2 or 4 on each station. All exercices are performed against opposition and competitive.All players perform each exercise 4 times 2 without and 2 with a ball, with a 30sec recovery break. On coaches whistle all players jog into Central area and perform exercises and ball skills of coaches instruction

54x45. 4 small target goals. 4 manicuins placed as goals with G/K's or target player's to play into as illistrated. .
Detail
Creative 8v8. 9v9 game encouraging players to be positive when in possession. Having 2 small goals and a central target player to score, creates more scoring opportunities for the individual and team ie switching play,crosses finishing but also be aware and react to defensive transition, 3 goals to defend.

Improve dribbling and disguise techniques, early identification of space, positive forward movement and decision making. Pass, Dribble or Run with ball etc.
Tactical
Improve attacking principles.positional awareness. movement with and without the ball. dragging opponents tight, to then run in behind but also be aware to defensive transition.

Develop Aerobic and Anaerobic capabilities of players. Game specific work.
Psychological
Test the ability to work under pressure, Visual awareness to idenify and make positive decisions.

basic possession 1 (25 mins)
Session Organisation
2 Grids organised with players playing either 6v3 or 6v3 depending on numbers.
Progression; 1 Ball each team, play unopposed pass and move..2; 1 team keeps possessionn for 6 passes or more then transfers to the opposite 6 waiting players. if defending team intercepts or regains possession the ball is switched to the opposite waiting 6 and the team that lost the ball defends.
Detail
Players look to maintain possession with the defenders aiming to steal and run the ball to one of the sides.
Focus on the players recieving skills with body open, weight of pass.
Begin to think about what the defenders are doing if they are closing quickly you must play quickly with limited touches if they sit off more time is given to the attackers

Work on Receiving skills, dealing with the ball under pressure, passing and keeping possession and using the ball effectively. shots and headers on target.

Individual rolls and resposibilities. When to drop off and pull away to create space, link up play and movement with and without the ball.
