4 Goal Diagonal Game (15 mins)

Organization:

-opponents cannot tackle the target players, they must defend the players inside the grid.

2) Pass the ball to one of your target players, switch with them, but it must be some type of combination play.

Promotion & Relegation (15 mins)

Organization:

-divide the group into 4 equal teams. (2v2, 3v3, or 4v4, etc).

-After the first game, the team that wins on the winners side stays and the loser goes down to the lower division; the winner from the 2nd tier comes up and the loser stays.

-the team that stays in tier 1 the most is the over-all winner.

Progressions:

-no progressions for this activity

Coaching Points:

-attacking mentality

-team defending

-urgency to get the ball forward when losing

-keeping possession when winning.
