Drill is designed to improve off ball movement, quick passing and accuaracy in longer ground passes.

Player 1 passes long ball to player 2, who checks to the ball

Player 1 then follows his pass

Player 2 uses 1 or 2 touch to pass the ball back to Player 1

Player 1 makes a quick pass sqaure to Player 2 making a diagonal run

Player 2 then plays the ball long and repeats the cycle

**Progression: moving to all 1 touch**

**Progression 2: make long ball 10 yards longer and or make the pass in the air with a chest trap**

Focus on quality and pace of the pass as well as using both feet with passes and traps

If a player traps with their right, they must pass with their left and visa versa

Player 1 passes on the ground with strong pace to player 2

Player 2 uses 2 touches to trap the ball make a turn and then a 3rd touch to pass the ball to Player 3

Player 2 then follows Pass to the end of the line

Payer 1 then goes into the middle to recieve the pass from Player 3 and repeats

**Progression: increase length of pass**

**Progression 2: make 1st pass in the air**

**Progression 3: Require specific types of turns (ie Cruff, Cutback, Step Over...)**
