Set Up. 20x12

Blue player dribblers the soccer ball to the red player attacking the orenge cone.

the blue player then lays the ball off to the red players who dribblers at speed to the opposite side.

Coaching Points

-transition speed

-body position (angle) to regain possession.

Set Up

first player dribblers the ball towards the first pole, takes a touch around the pole setting them selfs up to shoot

once that player has shoot, the next player in the opposite line starts on the opposite goal.

the player who shot first has to react and try to close the next player down (trainsition)

keep the rotation going

go through the roatation and transition slowly with the u8 players.

Set Up

-The Blue Player dribbles the Soccer ball towards goal. once the blue player attacking has taken a shot on goal

-Red team are already attacking, the blue player then has to Transist and close the red team down.

-Once the red team has taken a shot the blue team can attack with the Red team transisting to defending.
