Organization:
20x30 yard area

Instructions:
- Players dribble throughout the area working on type of touch
* Messi touch - pinky toe, close control
* Ronaldo touch - laces, ball out of feet
Coaching Points:
- Head up to observe space/area
- Proper selection of touch
- Move/agility to get around players and space/area
- Accelerate to space/area

Instructions:
- Players dribble trhoughout the area looking for an open gate
* Gate open if no player standing between cones/sticks
* Gate closed if player standing between cones/sticks
- Coach will point to gate players to be open or closed
- Dribbling players must try to get through as many gates as possible in a set time
Coaching Points:
- Head up to observe space/area
- Proper selection of touch
- Move/agility to get around players and space/area
- Accelerate to space/area

Organization:
20x30 yard area
Each player with a ball
Each player with a pennie in the back of pants (tail)
Instruction:
- First game starts with ball in one hand of player while they attempt to grab the tail with their other hand; ball must be in their hand when they pull the tail
* Progress to ball on the ground
- Players dribble around the area and look to steal tail out of the back of their opponents.
- If tail is pulled, player is frozen, and they must try to grab a tail as a player dribbles by to get back into the game.
- Player with the most tails pulled wins.
- Play for set amount of time.
Coaching points:
- Avoid having tail pulled.
- Look for, and sprint into the open space.
- Try to feint and change direction against other players.
Progression: Add specific players to pull.
Regression: Make space bigger.

Organization:
2 fields, 3v3
Instructions:
Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
Coaching Points:
- 3 Lines of attack, Defender, Midfield, Striker (rotate players
-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.
Juggling Warm-Up (5 mins)
Organization:
15x30 yard grid, each Players in groups.
Instructions:
- Players juggle in a specific pattern or sequence.
Coaching Points:
- Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
