1v1 - Crab defender
Defender can move freely within defender zone, attacker must get through zone before attempting to score on mini goal. Any players walking or stopping before getting to defender zone have to join back of line.
Progression
1. If players can use a previous skill of the week they receive a bonus point
2. If defender steals ball they can join back of line and attacker that loses ball becomes defender
Coaching Points
- Timing of skill
- Unbalance defender
- Try to keep hips facing goal
- Exit touch once we have beat defender to get out of zone
