2v2 Green vs yellow each colour is assigned 2 goals to defend.
Keepers can combine to score on other teams goal(s)
Scoring should be done by throwing
Use different methods. bowling, sling, baseball
Use different types of balls. tennis, reaction, small futsal.

Facae to face challenge (15 mins)
1-Keepers face to face
2-Coach calls colour
3-Keepers dive to ball near coloured cone nearest to the goal they are protecting
4-Keepers try to bowl ball into opponents net to score point
Progression: Keepers need to dive for ball bring it to opposite cone ... Coach throws 2 balls in circle keepers recover ball and try to score
If keeper saves the throw he can try to score with 2nd ball that he saved

Keeper wars multi goals (15 mins)
4v4 yellow vs green.
Each keeper is assigned a goal to defend. He can only defend his goal.
Once a keeper makes a save or receives a ball, he can only make 1 pass. After pass that keeper must shoot.
Keeper can shoot on any goal, and can dribble anywhere inside his own half.
Keepers need to be scored on twice brfore being eliminated.
1st team to eliminate the other team wins.
Start game with hands then progress to shooting to goal.

Keeper wars (15 mins)
Keeper tries to score on opponents goal.
When scored on next keeper takes his place.
Keepers on outside must have ball in hands ready to throw to partner in goal incase save parries ball wide.
Scoring... Hands, ball on ground, volley, half volley, side volley.

Team can score on either of the other teams 2 goals
On transition the keeper must either pass to teamate or try to find teamate on opposite side.
Keepers are allowed to become players and join attack, but risk getting caught in transition.
