Description - looking at 7v6 possession play, break up next 2 balls between each teams look at passing short-short-long, back to possession.
Technical - good accuracy/weight/timing of passing/control the ball effectively body in front of the grid line, relax when ball comes to you
Tactical - play the ball in and out quickly to make it hard for the defenders to regain possession.
Physical - good cardio workout
Psychological/Social - deciding which body part to control the ball with/cushion the passs off to team mate
Learning Objectives - now use technical outcomes learnt in ball manipulation to control ball from a range of passes (short/long/driven/high and cruved)

Description - play the ball in the red cones for short passing and red cones for long passing. play the ball simply around the outside of the square, then look to for 1/2's around the outside, next look for lend to play diagonal, switch between short/long range of passes.
Technical - create space to recieve the ball to play forward with 1/2 touches, good weight of pass/accuracy/timing of pass and support runs.
Tactical - look to play forward once recieving the ball
Physical - good physical workout/co ordination/agility
Psychological/Social - decision making/communication

Description - standard physical warm up, then move into square one ball for every player, look at ball manipulation inside working on turns/skills/tricks/turns. then look at ball in the air keeping the ball up then look at controlling the ball from a height with different parts of the body.
Technical - looking here at footwork, little touches, keeping the ball close to yourself, look to relax on the ball and can we control from a height.
Tactical - looking at using skills and control to beat players.
Physical - good workout/co ordination/balance/agility
Psychological/Social - decide which turn and which body part to control the ball with.
Learning Objectives - understand which body part is best to control the ball with and to decide which turn is best to use considering the space available around.
