Organization:
1.15 x 15 yard area set up as shown
2.8 players set up as shown
3.4 balls
Instructions:
1.The activity starts with the first two players dribbling out to the central area performing the same move on the same foot and accelerating to the other side
2.As soon as they do the move in the middle, the next two players from the opposite corners dribble out and do the same
3.Continue the rotation for a set time and then change to the opposite foot

Progressions:
P – Add a defender in the central area, the defend can tackle but must can not leave their area
P – Reduce the set up to two balls and add a pass right after each dribble

Half field, use cones to mark out channels (width of 18)
Two mini goals on the each corner of the half.

Focus on more interchanging parts and movement.
Width to create space for yourself and/or teammates.
Body shape, opening up to space/field, receiving the ball with proper foot depending on what you want to next, etc.

Warm Up
Organization:
1.Circle with a radius of approx 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (6 Attackers, 6 Feeders)
3.6 Balls (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.6 players (feeders) create a circle of about 30 yard radius
2.6 attackers dribble a ball around in the inside of the circle
3.An attacker dribbles up to a feeder, which is free, and passes and receives the ball back
4.After receiving the ball player turns to find another feeder
5.Complete as many passes as possible in a 3 minute time frame
6.Switch over after the 3 minute period
Coaching Points:
1.Angle of approach – center
2.Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
3.Ankle locked with toe pointed up
4.Weight and accuracy of pass
Progressions:
P – Combinations of passing styles
P – Maximum of 2 touches before you pass the ball
R – Increase the area size for more room
