Organization: In area about 20 by 25 or so depending on player numbers
Instructions:Astronauts and Aliens. One player with the ball. This player looks to pass the ball knee hieght or lower into other peoples leg. If yu are tagged you become an Alien

Open space within your field set up
Red Team one ball
Yellow team , soccer ball for each player
Instructions:
Red Team
- One ball
- Team looks to pass and move
- Use Competition
Yellow Team
- 3 players each with a ball
- Look to dribble and block red from passing
Coaching Points:
Technical
- Use of inside/outside of foot to pass/receive
- Weight of pass
- Spatial awareness
Principles of play:
1st attacker - Dribble / pass
2nd attackers - Support / mobility
Progressions/Regressions:
- Add more defenders
- Add second ball to team
- Reduce space

Scoring gates against wall. Corners equals 2 points, center equals 1 point.
Balls
Instructions:
Players score by passing the ball off the wall behind the defenders.
Points will be counted as the same number of passes team completed before scoring (i.e. 3 passes before scoring = 3 points).

Quality of the passes
Communication
Disguise pass (don’t be predictable)
Progressions/Regressions:
P: Scoring with a curve, no look, backheel, or toe = 2 points.
P: "X" amount of passes before scoring wins the game.

Organization:
One player with ball
every player with pinnie tucked on side of shorts.
Instructions:
Player with ball looks to "tag" others with ball by tagging the side of the arms
- Once a player gets "tagged", they put pinnie on and help the original defender until everyone gets tagged.
- Catch one / Catch all Game -
- PROGRESSIONG - Taggers can pass ball to each other in order to tag the others. (Tag by hitting below shins only)
