Fast break - attacking 3
Ball starts in the middle,
played outwide,
dribbles/take a touch forwards,
cross the ball into the box.
Player on the opposite wing runs through the middle of the manniques and joins the strike in trying to score.
After each player has had 3 attempts to shoot (middle line), players move to the right.
