Organization:
1. Half field.
2. Ten minutes working each side.
Instructions:
1. Ball starts with B.
2. B and A play a double pass as seen above.
3. A plays (in 2 touches) long diagonal pass into space for C to run one to.
4. B and D join in the box to recieve the cross from C.
Movement:
1. C checks back at an angle when A receives first pass.
2. C's cue to make run is A's first touch after the double pass.
3. D checks in at angle as B bumps it back to A.
4. As diagonal pass is played, B and D time and cross runs. D front post, B back post.
Coaching Points:
1. Weight and movement of double pass.
2. Sharp movement of C and D to check back.
3. Timing of runs of B and D to get in to the box. (not too early)
Secondary Coaching Point:
1. Choice of technique for cross. (first post- low driven, second post- lofted/ curled)
Progressions:
1. Add defender in the box to help defend the cross and make the server choose the correct technique.
-If no goalkeeper, use puggs in the corners. (first time finishes)

OM- Vince/Leif/Evan
CDM- Max/Juan/Evan

Organization:
1. Half field.

2. B plays to A.
3. A performs inside feint/outside touch. Plays pass in to D's feet. (low driven)
4. D bumps it for B who play C through.
Movement:
1. D check in as A takes second touch.
2. B moves underneath D and the pass is traveling to D.
3. C checks back during frist pass. Cue to make the run is on D's bump back to B.
4. As diagonal pass is played, B and D time and cross runs. D front post, B back post.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of feint and touch out of feet.
2. Sharp movement of C and D to check back.
3. Timing of runs of B and D to get in to the box. (not too early)

2. Black- 1-1-3
Instructions:
1. If black wins the ball in the oppositions half and scores it's worth 2 point.
2. Can Blue break the pressure and find a diagonal ball behind the defense to score.
Coaching Points:
1. On the bump back can the outside mid star the run behind.
2. Head up to see whe the space is.
3. Choose correct technique to play the long pass. (low driven, lofted, curled)

Organization:
1. 10x20 yard area.
2. 4 players per area, 1 ball.
3. 1 player far side, 1 player middle, 2 players near side with the ball.
Instructions:
1. Ball starts with A.
2. B checks away and shows middle.
3. A plays into B who bumps it at an angle back to A.
4. C moves opposite side of the bump back to receive a diagonal lofted/ curled pass.
5. A follows his pass and shows wide for C.
6. C's first touch takes him back inside.
7. C plays wall pass with A and then plays a lofted/ curled pass to D
Rotation
- B gets behind D after wall pass
- A takes C's place after wall pass
Coaching Points:
1. Center player's movement to check away must be sharp!
2. "A" should take two touches, one to set one to pass.
3. Can player A time his run correctly so that he is not waiting for the touch.
Lofted: Strike the bottom of the ball- up, lean back. (back spin)
Curled: Strike the botton outside of the ball with the second knuckle of the big toe. Shoulders lean forward. Follow through up and through the ball.
Progression:
1. Can the player receiving the long pass play in one touch.
