Playing Activity I (15min)
Set Up:
20 x 20 yrd grid
2 teams of 3 with an endzone player to make 4 players per tea.
One ball
Divide grid with cones to make to zones
Instructions:
Players pass ball on their side of grid, trying to open gaps
Players try to target their endzone teamate witha pentrating pass
1 point for every completed penetrating pass
Once pass is complete, opposing team re-starts with ball
30 second time limit per possessions

Playing Activity II (15min)
ORGANIZATION
12x10 yrd grid (adjust for numbers / sizing). Two teams. 4 players wearing Black and 2 players wearing White, and add a target player in the middle wearing red bib. 1 Ball for play, with several on outside to resume play when ball goes astray. 4 players outside of grid. Add two target goals in opposite corners with cones
Players in red must connect 5 passes to score. If blue recovers the ball, they must connect 3 passes with the outside players before they can score.
