Organization:
-12 to 16 players
-Each player with ball

Instructions:
A-Player dribbles to first cone at full speed then stops ball just before cone.
B-Player sprints to right hand cone and changes direction quickly to get to opposite ball
C-Player shoots at goal

Organization:
-4 Small Pugg Goals

Instructions:
-Players are set up in a basic 1v1 circuit but with 2 goals as their target.
-Defenders each have ball
-Serve to the first attacker in the line
-Players play for three minutes and attack as many times as possible before roles are switched
-Ask players to use as many different face-to-face tricks as they can remember - every go a different trick.

[Functional Training]
Organization:
-44x36 yards area
-3v2
-2 BIg Goals (GK if needed), 1 big goal and 2 small goals, 4 small goals
-Balls split up evenly in each net
Instructions:
-Objective I: How to build an effective attack around the box and finishing with different shooting techniques
-Objective II: Developing player to pass into channels and space
-Objective III: Teaching players off the ball look to 1.make runs in behind defense (twds back shoulder), 2. cut off defenders route and 3. block defenders from getting goal side of ball with your body
-Each possession is started by goalkeeper
-If attacking trio (white) scores they stay on while 2 new defenders from blue team enter grid
-Play 5 mins before switching sides
-Player from the white team, who is sitting out, volunteers to play GK
-If ball goes out of bounds both white and blue players are off and roles change—White team brings in 2 new players as defenders and Blue team brings in 3 new players as attackers
-The attacking player who either shoots off target or is dispossessed in live play immediately steps outside of the grid while a new player from the defensive team enters grid and joins attack (must happen quickly)
-If defensive team wins ball in play they can go to goal, if score they earn 2 points
- Attacking team scores, earn 1 point
-No possession can last longer than 1 minute
-No Offsides

Organization:

Instructions:
-Players A & C with balls, lined up between cones
-Player B begins by checking into player A
-Player A passes to player B's right foot
-Player B passes back to A then turns and checks in to player C, who passes ball to B's left foot
-[repeat actions]
-Instruct players A & C to receive pass in a new lateral position
