2 attacking and 2 defending
Instructions:
attacking teams allowed unrestricted movement and passes in their grid
defending team allowed to intercept the ball but not tackle to win the ball
If defending team wins the ball they look to counter into the nearest goal, attacking team that just lost the ball is allowed to look to win it back.
Attackers score by playing a ball into the other 2 attacking players on the floor
A pass that splits the defenders is worth 2 points
Defending team is in for a set period of time

-Look to force attacker to get their head down
-Look to make play predictable by your body position, shifting
-Covering player being in position to block penetrating lane. Must not be too "flat or "shallow", angle allow covering player to shift into 1st defender quickly
-Find moments to step and create 2v1 scenarios defensively

Players work in pairs
Instructions:
Each side of the grid there are 2 teams of 2. One team will pass the ball back and forth 5x. On each pass the team not in possession will look to step towards the ball and the opposite player drop into a cover position. After 5 passes the opposite grid will have the ball.
