Move & shoot
Aim
We want to see every goalkeeper getting into position as early as possible and for this to happen they have to want to be there!
Instructions
The GK will start at the marker to the rear of his goal. On command, the GK will move to either 1, 2 or 3 and set for the shot on goal.
service: shot to any part of the goal
Progression:
All markers will be removed & the coach will take a touch (little or large) out from his feet to possible force a small movement

Where do I stand?
Aim
Balls coming in from the side of the goal can be difficult to get into the correct position for, we want to give the GK the best chance possible
Instructions
The GK will start in the centre of his goal and facing forward. On command, the GK will move into position depending on where the coach is standing (A, B or C). We are looking for the GK to be attempting to cut off the ball, in- line, or slightly out of position but still in a position to cover a shot to the near post
service: shots to any position in the goal
Progression:
c1 can shoot on goal or pass to c2 for control and shoot or a straight shot on goal

To where?
Aim
To have the GK being aware of where with ball is and where it is moving to in order that he can make sure that he is set for the shot on goal.
Instructions
The GK starts on his line and is not allowed to move until the ball is laid off. C1 & c2 are passing the ball between them, one of them lays the ball off to either side or the centre in order that c3 can run onto the ball for a shot on goal. The GK is to make positive reactive movements in order that he can be set for any shot on goal.
service: shots to any position in the goal
Progression
c1 or 2 can join c3 for 1 extra pass and then a shot on goal
