obtaining 1v1 (15 mins)
Goal: 1v1 inside defending
Exercise:
1 plays combination with A. 1 attacks circle, A runs inside/out to defend. 1 scores in goal @ backline. A tries to steal ball and carry it over open space @ sideline.
Rotation:
fixed roles, or defenders<> attackers, or only after failed attack, etc.
Variations:
without goalkeeper: narrow scoring range
defender's fault in circles = free hit top of D (with goalkeeper)
Extra information:
defenders: close the inside, do not overcommit
attacker: create space (left foot), force defender to bite

possession (15 mins)
Goal: keep possession : assist and break lines. Manage not to be locked up in corners
Exercise:
play XvX with or without extra joker(s). Square in the middle = no go zone for ball, players can run trough.
Rotation:
first pass after ball loss = free

turnover double trouble (15 mins)
Goal: game XvX
Exercise:
attackers who control the ball (pass/dribble) fix in the zone behind 25y line obtain right to score in goal.
players can run trough square in the middle, but ball has to go around

turnover triple colour
Goal: turn overs
Exercise:
Attackers are overnumbered and divided into two colour groups. Defenders are outnumbered and in a third seperated colour.
1st move is an attack on the right, 2nd move is a counterattack on the left. All original defenders can counter (only one colour of attackers can block the turnover)
Rotation:
by teams or after x time
Variations:
the attacking team that is with 2 players in the first move, defends. (supported by an extra player for blocking the turnover)
