Organization:
1.Open area with six sets of cones set up 2 yards apart set up as shown
2.10 players (5 groups of 2) set up as shown
3.6 balls
Instructions:
1.Players have to pass the ball back and forth through the middle of the cones
2.Players score points for every time they play between the cones
3.If the ball goes wide of the cones, no point is scored
4.Play for 2minutes
5.Winner moves up a league, loser moves down a league.
Coaching Points:
1.Angle of approach – center
2.Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
3.Head up observe your target
4.Contact ball - middle
5.Contact foot - inside
6.Weight and accuracy of pass

Instructions:
Players pass the ball back and forwards, once defender breaks the line of the square the game is active (they must break the line as soon as they pass but it can be after any number of passes) both players are trying to score in either goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of passing and receiving
2. Awareness of defender (1st touch to beat player, 1st touch is no touch?) get head up as ball is travelling.

10x10 square with a defender inside. 4 players outside the square.
Instructions:
4 players outside the square a defender inside.
Outside players most pass the ball between them but passes must travel inside the square, if the defender intercepts the pass he then must become a defender and go inside the square.
No passing outside of the square.
Coaching Points:

3. Supporting foot
4. Contact with the Ball
5. Contact with the foot

4.12 + cones (These are placed randomly around the area to make mini gates to pass the ball through)
Instructions:
1.Players played 5 v 5
2.Players move around the area
3.Once the pair reaches a gate, the attacker must pass to their target player through the gate
4.After the ball has been received through the gate is a goal
5.Players keep count of the gates the ball is passed through

1.Head up, observe your target
2.Weight and accuracy of pass
Progressions:
P – Can you find a double Gate to get double points
P – Limit to two touch so that the players have to continue to pass moving to the gates
R – Plays stop at the gate before passing the ball on

2.12 players (5 Attackers, 5 Defenders, 2 Targets)

Instructions:
1.Teams score by getting the ball to their target player in the end zone
2.The target player must control the ball in the end zone to score the point
3.Once point is scored the target player must play out to the other team
4.Target players are not allowed outside the end zone
5.Defenders are not allowed inside the end zone
6.If the ball goes out, play is started with a kick in

Organization:

Instructions:
1.The game is to use a passing technique to hit the player below knee height
2.One player starts the game off with a ball; they are trying to pass the ball at a player without the ball
3.If the player with the ball is successful in passing the ball at the player then the player hit collects a ball and helps to capture the rest of the group
4.When there is one player remaining without a ball, start the game over with that player now trying to pass the ball at those without a soccer ball
5.Make sure the players passing all wear a pinnie so players can tell the difference

3.Can you disguise your pass, Push Pass – Inside/Push Pass - Outside
Progressions:
P Once a player is hit they now work together using one ball. For every even number players passing add in an extra ball i.e 2 player passing at those without ball = 1 ball, 4 players passing at those without balls = 2 balls
R Make the field smaller
